I highly recommend this place! Their drunken noodle is one of my favorite. Their noodles are the best I’ve had and their foods taste very clean and authentic. Their Tom Yum soup and chicken wings are also highly recommend and the owners are so warm and welcoming. Thank you for such delicious meals!

Over the weekend, My friend and I got stuck in the a snowstorm. We’re from New York originally, so being stuck in a small town like plantsville was a bit out of the way... we were famished and parched; nothing was open... we stumbled across the great Uncle Jack Noodle on Apple Maps with a lit up green sign saying “OPEN”. We rushed over to the restaurant, and parked very handily, across the street. Free Parking. Very Wonderful. We walked into Uncle Jack’s and were greeted with very warm smiles and friendlyness. Absolutely Stunning. Will be dining in next time! All in all, Uncle Jack served the most amazing noodles i have ever eaten. I ordered the Uncle Jack Noodles & boba tea and my friend ordered the Drunken Noodles spice level 5!!! We ate not even HALF of our meals within becoming full. Even then, we couldn’t help ourselves to more. 15 for my meal was more than enough. i had leftovers and then some. Thank You Uncle Jack, for being not only a restaurant, but a home as well.

Incredible food! We ordered Curry Puffs, Chicken dumplings, drunken noodle, uncle jack noodle and sides of curry and egg fried rice. Everything was delicious! The restaurant is very clean and the staff is super friendly. We will definitely go back and 100% recommend them!

Excellent food at a reasonable price. Super friendly staff. Will definitely come back.

The best Thai in the area! Delicious every time. The Pad Woonsen is my favorite.

My new favorite Thai food in the entire state! We have eaten here at least 50 times, and we will continue going back. This is one of our favorite BYOB spots, and not just because of the BYOB. I've tried at least 25-30 different Thai restaurants, throughout New York and Connecticut, in my entire life. I've even photographed Thai food menus back when I used to be a commercial stock photographer. So, you could say I'm kind of a Thai foodie / snob / enthusiast! Uncle Jack and his wife Nina never fail to disappoint. Their service is exceptional, the food is delicious and consistent. It would be hard to even have one complaint about their hard work. The parking is a short walk from either the lot in Dean's Stove, the bike trail parking, or the Lion's Den public lot. My favorite dishes here are the curry noodles, the duck noodle soup, and of course, the Drunken noodle. You cannot go wrong with anything else on the menu. The appetizers are also fairly priced, and super tasty.

Awesome experience every time we go! Small family owned business. Prices are very fair for todays standards and it's BYOB! Ordered the drunken noodle and ginger dish this time. Fresh ingredients: shiatke mushrooms, cabbage and fresh ginger just to name a few.

This place is really nice. I had to try their pad see ew and was delicious. There were no carrots and was lightly topped with pepper but was still enjoyable. Also ordered egg fried rice which was excellent.
